In this beautifully appointed and intimate setting in the Trisaetum vineyard, we offer tastings for groups of up to four people with three flights to choose from - clear spirits (gin & vodka), whiskey enthusiast, or a mixed collection. Each flight showcases three of our individual spirits and is followed by two mini-cocktails created from a combination of our favorite ingredients.

Join us for an elevated spirits tasting in our art gallery tasting room, or enjoy the expansive vineyard views from our covered patio. We offer these tastings seven days a week and provide you with your choice of a clear spirits or whiskey flight with a mini-cocktail to enjoy at the end.
