Miso Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Brixeur Vodka
  • 8 ounces Tomato Juice
  • ½ ounces Lime Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Miso Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • Freshly cracked Black Pepper to taste

Process

Combine tomato juice, lime juice, miso paste, Sriracha and black pepper in a mixing glass. Stir well until miso paste is fully combined. Add vodka and stir over ice lightly. Pour into two glasses and garnish with celery, cornichons and bacon.
