Ingredients
- 2 ounces rosemary-infused Brixeur Willamette Valley Gin
- 3 ounces Dappled Citrus Tonic
Process
In a metal or glass container, combine a bottle of Willamette Valley Gin with 3-4 sprigs of rosemary.
Let the rosemary infuse into the gin overnight and sample the following day (approx. 12 hours later). If you're satisfied with the level of infusion, strain out the rosemary. Then, add the infused gin directly into a Collins glass with ice and top with Dappled Citrus tonic. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
